International trailer operator NDQ from Zeebrugge recognized the benefits of digitalization early on. At the end of 2019, they exchanged their paper CMRs for the eCMR in collaboration with Pionira.

Through the integration with their TMS system, they can rely on less manual administrative work and direct communication with their drivers.
