In 2023, logistics player Van Moer Logistics decided to digitalize their CMR in collaboration with Pionira. “Our primary goal was to unburden our drivers. Through an app on the mobile phone and a simple signature, they can manage all documents without ending up in an office-like situation. This allows them to focus on being a driver,” says CIO Joris Emanuel.

Both drivers and administrative staff experienced reduced workload, which led them to also digitize their waste transport documents.
