Open position: IT Support Engineer
Job Description:
As IT Support Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You handle their questions and problems regarding our software and ensure a smooth solution. Your technical knowledge and customer-oriented approach make the difference when analyzing and solving issues.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to customers via phone and mail.
- Record, analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and document common issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex problems.
- Writing and updating user manuals (can be a big part in the beginning if you are interested in this).
Your profile:
- You have experience or knowledge of IT, specifically in software.
- Experience as a support assistant is a big plus.
- You are customer-oriented, patient and communicatively strong.
- You can speak to customers in Dutch, English and French.
